Offering Cooperative Counseling

Cooperative counseling is a true partnership between client and counselor, recognizing the client as an active participant in their own healing and growth. I believe that you are the ultimate expert in your own life, having lived through unique experiences, triumphs, and challenges. I serve as a guide and resource, facilitating insights and offering tools and pathways to success. Ultimately, it is you, the client, who does the transformative work of processing grief, healing trauma, overcoming limiting patterns, and embracing new habits of self-care and happiness. Together, we embark on a journey of empowerment and personal growth, unlocking your potential for lasting positive change.

The Benefit of Self-Pay

As a Licensed Counselor in Washington State I do not provide diagnoses and therefore do not bill insurance. Not billing insurance means that your mental health care remains confidential, shielding your records from third-party involvement for billing. Counselors maintain records with less stringent regulations, affording you a voice in what information is retained. This grants you greater control over your privacy, safeguarding against potential repercussions of diagnoses or stored records on your future well-being.
